Cough Study : CALM
Ages: 18 to 80 years of age
Key details:
- If you take part, you will be in the CALM-1 Study for about 1.5 years. You will visit the study centre at least 19 times and have 6 phones calls
Qualifications:
- Are between 18 and 80 years of age
- Have have had a cough for at least 1 year that did not improve or only partially improved following medical evaluation and prescribed or over-the-counter treatments.

Asthma Study : CAIRE
Ages: 5 or older
Key details:
- In this study, eligible participants will be provided with approved medications, which may help improve their asthma
- The 3 week long study involves only requires 2 visits and 2 phone calls
Qualifications:
- Must be 5 years of age or older
- Use only albuterol for asthma relief
- Over the week before the study have asthma symptoms such as shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing for at least 2 days

Asthma Study : LITHOS
If your symptoms are not fully controlled on your current treatment, the LITHOS study may be an option.
Ages: 12 to 80 years of age
Qualifications:
- Are you 12 to 80 years old?
- Were you diagnosed with asthma at least 6 months ago?
- Have been using the same dose of ICS or ICS/LABA (inhaled corticosteroid/long-acting beta agonist) inhaler medication for asthma every day for at least 8 weeks?
- ICS or ICS/LABA may be known as Advair Diskus/HFA, Airduo Respiclick, Breo Ellipta, Dulera, or Symbicort.
- Are you a current smoker?
- Smoking includes all forms of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other vaping devices, and marijuana.

Asthma Study : VATHOS
Ages: 12 to 80 years of age
Key details:
- VATHOS is split into 3 parts: screening, treatment, and follow-up. They will take place over a maximum of 29 weeks (around 7 months).
Qualifications:
- Are between 12-80 years of age
- Have been diagnosed with asthma
- Have been using the same dose of ICS or ICS/LABA inhaler medication every day for at least 8 weeks

Asthma Study : ARIA
Ages: 12 to 17 years of age
Key details:
- Participants will be in this study for approximately 7 months and have at least 6 study visits over this period.
Qualifications:
- This study is for adolescents 12 to 17 years of age who have been diagnosed with asthma for at least 1 year.
